CertifiedBackground.com accounts are easy to set up. Contact a CertifiedBackground.com Account Representitive directly at sales@certifiedbackground.com or follow the Get Started link to have a representative call you.

You can choose from a package suggestion or create your own. A representative will assist you in designing a custom background check package. Instruct your contractors to visit CertifiedBackground.com where they can order and/or pay for their background check. You will be given a password for viewing results and will be able to access the progress and the results of contractor background checks.

As part of your online review, CertifiedBackground.com offers Record Scan, a service which automatically scans all of your background check results and alerts you of any records that require immediate attention. Record Scan is free for all users who review their background checks online. A more extensive Record Scan is also available which allows your organization to be alerted of certain records that match your search criteria. Record Scan should only be used as a tool to manage results. Users are encouraged to review results thoroughly to ensure accuracy.

A green check mark      indicates that no records were found for this search.

A yellow yield sign      indicates that a record was found and your attention is required.

A red X      indicates that a record was found that failed criteria provided by your organization. A red X will only appear when a more extensive Record Scan process has been chosen.
